Rather than itemize (again) all the purposefully false and misleading info from PLNI regarding the self-professed valuable patents, suffice to say Aztec is claiming the patents are worthless. You might wish to either wait until the court rules on this, or factor this very possible result into the equation.

I believe that "piecing the corporate veil" is just part of what the Aztec-Daytona and General Technologies lawsuits are going to do.

If that is true then in its claim Aztec would have no remedy short of piercing the corporate veil through to JT's other controlling interests
