Carranza2 - problem here is that Qcom can't rock the boat too much with the Koreans. They need the Korean CDMA handset vendors more than ever - just imagine the problems that would follow if Samsung or LG suggested they were reviewing whether to stay in the CDMA export market?? They are in a completely different bargaining position to six months ago - now that Nokia is walking away and Sanyo is all but dead. The Koreans know this - and let's not forget they've began to talk openly about the ending of royalty payments in Korea later this year. Whether they are right or wrong here - Qcom might have no option but to come to the table...
