Hillary can raise all the money she wants, it's voters who elect candidates and Dem voters do not see her as a winner. They admire her, but they don't want her as the standard bearer. Notice most of the hyping of Hillary comes from Republicans or those TV shows which want to stir up controversay like "what if it's Hillary vs. Condi?" Yeah, as if the closet racist, openly sexist GOP base would ever nominate Condi Rice.
