Probably for the same reason Foxnews doesn't. Here is their National News front page this morning. I don't see it mentioned there, either. But I do see a giant photo of the accused ex-soldier: foxnews.com

WHY NOT rape and murder done by our own Lawyers????? The answer to that is so obvious that I'm amazed it commanded five question marks. It's because domestic rapes and murders don't affect international relations and the war on terror. They affect almost exclusively the parties to the individual crimes and their families. Even with domestic events, lawyers don't commit any more rapes and murders than any other occupation so there's no reason to single them out.
