I just hate it. HISC was my favorite for a long time. I have studied them in depth in order to try to see why they went 100 bags. I just hate them letting it go.

As Creede suggested, they have too much paper out there for reatail shareholders to make the big bucks as we did before. The preferred as converted would almost double the o/s I believe.

The dividend is basically now of a shell.

The only way they can salvage this is for them to actually buy back and retire the preferred to create value. The odds of that is almost nil.

The big run was caused when it looked like they were actually buying up shares, retiring shares and cutting the float.
