Windpower has an EROEI of between 20 and 80:1; H2 has one of somewhere between 0.5 and 0.7.
Which is better? Which one gains energy? Which one costs more energy to make than it gives you? Which one gives money to politicians?
Even plain old corn ethanol,as bad as it is, is better than hydrogen.
