I wonder if Reliance will get twice as much GSM spectrum, or even three times as much, as the CDMA spectrum it gives up?

"Reliance also feels that spectrum policy is biased towards GSM operators. CDMA operators are at a disadvantage as they are given only half the spectrum that is given to GSM." - Why would they say that when CDMA is so much more spectrally efficient than GSM?
Didn't they read the sales brochure from the CDG? ;-)
