Funny. This is similar to what Putin is doing in Russia......centralizing power from the provinces into Moscow. Do you think when Putin and Bush looked into each other's eyes, they realized they were soulmates both politically and emotionally? At least, they seem they're in sync in the way they are amassing power to themselves.
