"Obscene" came from the beginning of this discussion and never from you in person. I never wanted to pretend it did and if the impression of that popped up I am sorry. OK? I don't even know what you guys mean when you talk about "straw man arguments" and never even bothered to find out. As for Ellison and his 700 million pay, we both know Oracle is a success, right? Also I did make the statement successful over say an "average over a five year period", right? The reason for that can also be checked in this excellent article provided by you. Thanks for the 2nd link as well. Does i no way support your argument (by content, not language), that no correlation exists between corporative stellar performance and high executive compensation.
