Matrix upgraded today from "hold", to "buy", on strong CDMA and chipset trends.Wedbush made positive comments as well, based on HSDPA.The market is deaf and blind to the positives for Qualcomm. Right now, the traders are in control, and the stock is heavy on up days, and heavier on down. I`ve seen it happen at least a few times during the past 10 years. <gg>

The vast majority see the current share price as an opportunity to buy on the cheap.

That's what they said when it was at 44, 42, 40, and 38. The knife is falling and it is dangerous to catch that. Buying opportunity? Yes, if you have extra cash and don't use margin and buy in stages.

As for me, I don't need to QCOM which I have been holding for a long long time. Thinking of selling calls when the time is right.
