Ted, I'm not defending the rich. Excuse me, go back and read your posts. That's another knee-jerk reaction from those who think the only solution is socialism. Socialism? Oh that's right......a tax on gas is a sign of rampant socialism to you all. Just for the record, I am not a proponent for socialism as its normally defined....not sure when it comes to what the right calls socialism. What I do expect is that the rich should pay their way and shouldn't get a tax break when we are fighting a war, a war that they wanted. Let me add............it just amazes me that you all don't see it that way. How corrupted are you guys? Because that's what your position smacks of.....deep and incipient corruption. The liberal version of "You are either with us or you are against us." Just taking a page from the right's book. ;-)
