Bush's tax cuts benefit mega-millionaires only. In a recent poll by the LA Times only 9% of the country feel the Bush tax cuts have helped them. And 9% is actually too much.

Bushies have doubled energy and health care costs and edcuation costs are up 50%. Bushies encourage jobs hemmoraging to China and India and promote wasteful borrowing and consumption while putting 7 trillion on the national credit card themselves. In other words, the $1000 the average family may get back from Bush is more than offset by the higher costs of living and cuts in government services. Plus all the Bush debt is going to be dumped onto the middleclass's head.
