NO! But they need to win the next few rounds for sure.
This flipping over to GSM is another disturbing thing. Q needs to do what ever they can to stop it before it gets any traction. I think if Reliance goes over to the dark side it may start a Domino effect.

I was always under the impression that CDMA was much more cost efficient than GSM. But I now have to question that. I would like to know if CDMA is actualy cheaper to run meaning less labor , maintenance and power usage or is it just more efficient in the usage of spectrum. Meaning if one has sufficient spectrum or access to cheap spectrum than the cdma advantage is diminished. Than I would have to think that all the other factors such as HS costs,coverage,roaming, sim and ruim cards etc are more important.
