Congrats Michael - I hope you were able to short GHLT. This is a prime example of why the system needs changing. Real scams should be shortable by all who can bear the risk, with clear and transparent rules, not rules that just favor hedge funds or MM's. Even those who favor free-wheeling shorting as a method of keeping the lid on market excesses, should be "crusading" against the current system. They have been wasting their own effort denying the existence of manipulative shorting and abuses my MM of their exception. It almost has become, "my scam is ok, yours is not."
