I guess you dont understand the concept DRAINING THE SWAMP. Not only are Al Quida suffering significant casualties but THINK OF THE COSTS to them. Those Saudi's and others could give money for terrorists to invade USA and KILL YOU, but now they are locked into supporting terrorists in Iraq to keep the Shia's at bay. jdn

disturbed by what I see as a setback in the war on terror

Did you miss Osama's recent tape in which he gave a touching tribute to Zarqawi?

I view the battle for our culture as a far greater threat than any potential material loss due to battle or war.

Our very way of life is threatened by the radical islamist. If we are not willing to fight for our freedom to live the American way then we deserve to have it taken away from us.

The battle for liberty in the middle east is one that sure seems messy and unnecessary now. I share the President's belief that it is vital for our future.

Once again, I respect your right to have and express your opinions and to seek to elect people who share them with you. You can count on me to exercise my rights to insure that I help elect other like minded people.

Back to your impeachment statement. You really ought to let those thought remain unspoken. The American people have always shown a great reluctance to take this route to change their leaders. To continue to speak out for the impeachment of a president whose only wrong is to believe strongly in things that are different from what you believe in marginalizes you to the loud kook fringe.
