Walmart is one of the biggest employers of illegals, the biggest exploiters of welfare, the biggest polluters, the biggest poverty-makers and the biggest exporter of good US jobs to places like China. In short, they stink, and they're very dishonest about it to boot.

It is not 250 out of 1.5 million. 250 were caught in that instance. Obviously, this practice is commonplace at least for Wal-Mart. It contracts out work to shady outfits which in turn hire illegals. That way, Wal-Mart can wash its hands off and claim innocence in case they are caught.
