Which air temps? Ones that are unrecorded?? You are suggesting all this data is communist inspired crud? cru.uea.ac.uk I am not sure how many USA scientific observers would agree with you. Not many I think.

Why is China exempt from Kyoto???? answer that. May as well ask why there is not an open free and fair world trading system. The USA has as many trade malpractices as anyone. Kyoto is dead anyway. I think trading "carbon credits" is bunk also. Either we generate carbon from fossil fuels or we don't, no point pussy footing around with the problem (if it exists).
