Bush-Cheney walked away from ALL climate control and pollution control. You can't just point a finger at China. Bush-Cheney are doing nothing. In fact they are trying to take us backward. Sure China needs to clean up its act and we need to get tough with them. But we can't get tough on them if we're not willing to do anything at all ourselves. They see us doing nothing and figure they don't need to either. Bush-Cheney just walked away from the whole issue despite its severe urgency. Why? Because they are bought and paid for by the pro-pollution lobby. That's corruption and they are very guilty of it. dissing Kyoto is something very harmful to this country and our world in general. And if they have a problem with parts of it, then fix it, don't walk away. But of course they walk away, because they represent the #1 culprits.
