CJ, Now that is funny. I still believe this is what Bush ultimately wants to achieve, but can't because he'd rather be a bipartisan spender than a bipartisan cutter. Would you please stop making excuses for the dude. He doesn't have a lick of common sense. He was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and he hasn't had to hold down a job based on competency since he left school. He doesn't know what a budget is if it stood up, spit his face and then kicked him in the butt.
