Thanks for the insight Kumar! That's right up there with Malaysian citizens cannot vote in Polish elections, and motorcylcle mandatory helmet laws don't apply to people riding a rollercoaster.

I'd ask you where you got that nugget of wisdom, but I'm pretty sure I know what your answer would be....
