why do u care? It's kind of like Lowe's building a 30-50K home "Katrina Cabin." $100 per square foot. Can u imagine how that will effect home prices? Housing boom is toast in USA.

All big box stores, where they can buy in volume and sell cheaper, will push out the local businesses. The local lumber store where I used to shop was run by a great group of knowledgeable folks. They were paid decent wages. They were pushed out by Home Depot. Now I have to buy at Home Depot where there is usually nobody to help you, and when there is someone there they usually can't help you cause they don't know crap about it. You just wander up and down the canyon like aisles trying to find a #10 screw...impossible! If you do find help you have to first explain what a #10 screw looks like!

My cousins in Illinois told me about Walmart, you jerkwad. Walmart sucks the blood out of every small town in America. It's the small towns in particular where they do the most damage. Like the two towns my parents grew up in, in Indiana and Illinois. Devastated by Walmart like an alien invasion. No small business can compete with them with their cheap Chinese goods and sub-par expenses. So they put them all out of business. Main Street USA, all out of business. Nothing left. So the survivors of that holocaust either retire or go to work at Walmart as overworked and underpaid drones with no health benefits. You really have a nerve defending this obvious parasite of a corporation. What is your bag anyway, defending Exxon, Halliburton and Walmart? What kind of a person are you? What do you care about? You should be ashamed of yourself.
