They say the reason for the increase is because we invaded Iraq. I didn't dispute that the first time you said it. I'm not disputing it now.

I believe the jihadists existed all along waiting for an excuse to emerge. I also believe OBL is primarily responsible for stirring up those individuals not GWB. Invading Iraq gave us the opportunity to concentrate them into a central location in order to capture or eliminate them as well as keep them out of our country. Although I'd guess the capture #s will fall dramatically for the remainder of this war. In essence, the SC signed their death certificates with their ruling last week. This is how it has been explained to me by this administration. I don't understand why this war tactic upsets people but it does. In my mind what we are doing is necessary for our survival.
