The Note Payable on the lien is in line with the payments made to Murphy to date, but the late date of filing the lien is curious. If Pro Mold defaults then presumably Murphy can seize the assets, which leaves Pro Mold in a precarious position. It's also very odd that Murphy is still the only listed officer and director on a business filing made AFTER the date the lien was filed.
