100 - so it comesdown to Q having to win every battle and the NOK team only having to win one. That presumably iswhy the stock is now down 30% witjh no end in sight and a good deal of silence from the Q.

Dreams of target prices of $50+ ......feels more like the stock isgoing to be driven doento the $20s. Shorts have the wind with them and have already made $bns.

Best,

L

The ITC hasn`t yet ruled on liability. All that`s happened is that an advisory attorney`s opinion (not by the Administrative Law Judge`s attorney), argued in favor of a couple of the BRCM patents at issue. All of this is ultimately only meaningful to the terms of the cross-license that will surely be signed between BRCM and QCOM. It`s only a chip license, after all, and BRCM desperately needs it to enter the WCDMA/HSDPA merchant chip market. They apparently want the same deal as TI. Worst case?
