Since you brought it up though, lets talk about motive.

What was Bush's motive to go to war in Iraq? It couldn't have been 9-11, cause he already decided to get busy with Saddam long before that. So what was the motive? You tell me.

I think he believes in what he does. Who doesn't do what they believe? I guess this gets back to motives and intentions.
