It probably wouldn't work, but it would take away the entire Pal argument. They would have absolutely NO moral leg to stand on, having gotten everything they asked for. Not 98%, but EVERYTHING they've asked for. That's why Israel should do it.

If Israel did it, I'd start siding with Nadine.

It's pretty amazing that an industrialized country is worrying about population growth in this manner. It's even more amazing that 10 million or so people either captivate or irritate the rest of the world for generations.
