This is exactly why the UN as a world body capable of solving problems is totally without merit anymore. Two members of the Security Council always wish to vote anti to the American position, plus seem to always be involved in doing business with outlaw regimes. There will never be anything solved that is important in the UN. Frankly, I hope Japan becomes militaristic again, would teach the Chinese a lesson, and put the fear of the Lord into N. Korea. jdn
