Who would be opposed to that if raping and killing of a 15 years old girl and her family did indeed take place as reported?


It's written into Iraqi law, but at this moment the Iraqi's are discussing revisiting the issue.

As to who would object, I imagine there are a number of US soldiers who may have committed lesser crimes that would object to losing immunity.
