They are gonna make that illegal. But before that, they will spread scare stories about how the quality of healthcare is terrible, how dangerous it is to get surgery done outside the US etc. If those scares don't work, they will make it a crime for an American to seek healthcare outside the country.

All those morons without even $5000 in savings who voted for Dumbya will learn the lesson of their life.
