Iraq would hardly have any problems with that, I assumed.


And as I tried to explain, it's not US law that is the problem, it's Iraqi law. By Iraqi law, US soldiers are not subject to Iraqi law, they have immunity.

I guess it's one of the perks of being the occupying country.
