AFAIK, Israel does not have any legitimate rights to much of the territory they occupy, therefore they have no legitimate rights to make rules governing it either.

When Jordan and Egypt occupied the territory, do you consider that they had any legitimate rights to it?

You live up to your handle Neolib. Your way of thinking may work in the courtroom however in the real world you have bodies in the streets.
