Allen...I think a big part of the problem for the democrats is that they're afraid to just sound sensible because they think they'll turn off the democratic diehards on the left. The same with guys like McCain and Guiliani. Those guys had to REALLY suck up to Bush in 2004 and I'm sure they're STILL trying to get that bad taste outta their mouths. I'd like to DUMP the primaries and go back to Convention Politics where a moron like Bush couldn't have EVER gotten close to the nomination.
