Ok, none taken then...

Look there are no absolutes here....I am going on the premise that experience equates to knowledge but of course this is not always true.

Let me put it this way: If I was forced to choose between someone with a PHD but no exerpience and someone who had performed suscessfully the operation I required but only had a high school diploma, I would take the high school diploma everytime.....

Anyway.......we probably should move on....

Just cuz someone is experienced does not mean they are good
