Mexico conservative declared winner or soon to be declared. Chavez #2 in Mexico has failed so far. Street demos are what folks expect now--its the guys MO and he is no democrat. It won't be the first time, nor likely the last, where mass demonstrations are held in Mexico.. A very politically troubled country, rife with corruption and p*ss-poor economic policies. Hopefully the extremists one both sides of the political and economic fence will be marginalized in the interest of progressive and moderate reforms. But I'm not holding my breath. Hawk
