So that it is 100% accurate? No way. Prosecutors (and I have known many of all these folks) are "competitive", not about justice, but about getting convictions. Defense attorneys are the same in reverse. Judges all have their own prejudices. Cops certainly have their own prejudices and will lie all day long in court without a blush.

If the system is much over 75% accurate I would be surprised. Even in capital cases. Was OJ innocent? If guilty guys get off you can assume just as many mistakes go the other way... innocent folks that get convicted. Both sides will do whatever it takes to get a "win".
