I wouldn't discount anything.. But if we did, that's going to be one HEAVILY TOP SECRET operation... They wouldn't advertise it, and NEITHER would we.

Most of these missiles based upon SCUD technology don't use anything we can electronically jam. At least I don't think they do.

The only thing I might think of is somehow we were able to trigger any self-destruct safeguard that they might have.

Either way.. it's good "propaganda" to purvey for Kim Jong Il's consumption, as well as Iran.
