Wow, what a first post! I hadn't really considered the time dependencies of the supply and demand.

I assume you believe we're in the last situation (capital goods driven first stage, low interest rates). While the last few years have actually been consumer driven here, they have been characterized by massive capital investment globally.

Not so sure it means a stock market "crash", but it certainly is a nasty spot to be in.
