Rush Limbaugh has no character. He is an admitted drug addict who only went to re-hab for two weeks (Dr. Drew claims a his Oxy habit requires at least six months in re-hab). All drug counsellors know addicts lie. They lie-lie-lie, to others and themselves. That alone tells you a lot, but I'm sure there is a lot more. The Dominican Republican trip also tells us a lot. That's the underaged hoe capitol of the Caribbean. Few other reasons to go there unless he's scouting baseball players.
