I don't think they have to say they were wrong is my point. Times and situations change. The war must end, yes? What is wrong with being for the end of the war? I'm tired of it. I want it done. I tired of these jerks at the oil companies charging us $3 a gallon of gas and having the prices change $0.15 overnight. That's flat out a lie and BS.

I would harbor no ill-will towards a Senator or a Rep who said, I voted for the war, it acheived what it set out to do, now it is time to plan and execute an exit. I really don't see what could be wrong with stating that. Is that cut and run? I don't think so. How to go about it is ticklish I will agree. But telling, what is it 50,000 families, that their loved ones will be home soon and safe, seems to me to be good news all around.

If it is ego holding them up, then they're idiots.

I don't know why Bush wants to stay. It ain't like we are gonna get to keep any kind of controlling interest in the oil. If the tin foil hat people thought that, they are wrong.
