The Rove GOP is in the business of disenfranchising blacks and students right to vote in key states and districts, then stuffing the ballot box with phony Republican votes. There are several ways they do this. This on top of their outrageous smear campaigns, dishonest TV ads and phony terrorist alerts. You should read the bio of Karl Rove. All this is his standard operating procedure. In college he taught an informal course on how to pull dirty tricks. He thought Nixon, Colson and Lee Atwater were great. Those were his role models. But he's gone way beyond anything they ever did.
