"How many more days for WHAT, Scott?" My question is in clear reference to your statement. Go back and read what you wrote (and I hilighted) and you will understand. "What are the odds of THAT" I think they are quite high. Despite the pervasive pessimistic attitude that many (like yourself) have. "I'm anti-FAILURE" My belief that you are a pessimist is exemplified in your statement above. I am anti-failure too. The difference is that you think we will fail, and I do not. "Show me a policy that WORKS" We are in the early stages of one that is working. "Lots of different ways to skin a cat." Quitting insures a cat with plenty of skin. I would change it to it takes a while to skin this cat. Islamic fascism has been going unchecked for years, and we decided to skin this sucker after 9-11-01. It was put off before that significant day. But there are MANY that are against our efforts. Sad, but true.
