"They haven't lived long enough to see the evil and brutality that exists in the world." True enough, but what of the cynical old bastards who continue to send other folks kids off to war? In vietnam it was by draft and today it is thru being disingenous. And regarding vietnam, i continue to meet both students and vets from that era and they all hate that war. Iraq may be viewed that way in the future if there is no positive result. Imagine ex marines thinking about the horror of iraq and the following civil war if it comes. What a waste that would have been.
