Hi Lane,

I don't know if it was said explicitly said like that or not. But I got the impression from you even, that what one does, on an individual basis, when performing "green" it really doesn't matter in the big picture, in the long run, except for a "feel good" exercise for the individual.

Maybe I was wrong. I'm not one for picayune details, or for endless parsing of words etc. Language is for expression, imo, and maybe I misunderstood your expression..

And then someone chimed in with the ole "Kumbaya"(sp) reference about the people practicing green, just a way, imo, to try and diss them. As if that is all they do is to sit around and singing and bsing about it.. So wrong, wrong, wrong in my experience.. I think when people play the "Kumbaya" card on people, it is just a way for them to rationalize their own lazy and unchangeable behavior, that being both, in body and mind ..

And then I read how quick Dale dissed Rat's post.. So I wonder there too.. Many I don't belong here.. I will see. I will read more..

Many a big river starts with a single drip from a icefield high in the mountains, which there might be more of if things don't change, <g>, imo and others too...

So take care and I apologize if I was wrong.. I do that a lot, for I am wrong a lot, but I quickly change when I learn I have taken the wrong path,
