I have not seen it yet. China has a long, long way to go -- and their heavy use of cars is dumb. But they are leaning hard to push in new directions. In some cities only electric mopeds are allowed and natural gas taxis heavily favored. But they are really struggling with the demands for fast growth and new innovations -- they are in too much of a hurry, but then they will also rush to embrace new tech to solve some of their problems. The US on the other hand is living in complete denial. I have not seen Gores flick yet -- will do.

Are you sure that you got it correct?
I read that China can not export their cars to USA because our high emissions standards, the same problem was with
SMART mini car and dissel engines manufactured in Europe.
