Don't you think that the international hedge funds have been able to run circles around the various securities regulators?

International influence and manipulation clearly can't be denied, no matter on which side of the debate one sits.

When the SEC gets revamped international enforcement treaties need to be part of the solution.

what does any of this have to do with the fact that CMKM board and management should all be in the crow bar hotel, and for a loooooong time.
