Bush lied to Larry King (with Larry's assistance I might add) that Lay supported Anne Richards in 1994. In fact, Lay and Enron gave Bush 12 times as much money as Richards during that election. That is not "supporting Richards" that's throwing a crimb to her just in case she wins and Enron's favorite politician, GW Bush.

We'll have to wait for the Daily Show for the video of the earlier Bush saying "Ken Lay? He may have been at a couple of fundraisers I was at, I'm not sure." with "He was a good guy."!
