Richard Clarke's 9/11 committee testimony exposes clinton may have been more "focused" but the fact is Clinton and Berger sat on their hands and denied Clarke a minimum of four times to get Osama.

The only thing Clinton had better focused on Bin Laden were the video cameras for the purpose of collecting "evidence" to be used in court against him.
In spite of ample time VCR material, however, no such real evidence was ever found. Thus the nice trailers of Bin laden were filed, story finished.
