That only points out the poor quality of public transport in China. Heavy reliance on cars in China for urban transport is not exactly smart.

prices still seem reasonable for foreigners though: thought about buying a new luxury condo at the Ritz : only about 350K US for a large place with all amenities: your thoughts?
