No nuance at all. Just the ability to understand the material. Murtha was giving a speech on the image erosion of the US on the world stage. In the course of that speech, he mentioned that poll. It doesn't have to mean he agrees with it, although he might, but it does illustrates what our allies think of us. And that is something that should be of concern.
