Whether its ten percent or 1 percent more and more of the nation's resources and wealth is accruing to them: It's a little hard for me to decipher that chart's meaning due to the language used. You've been out of the country for a while........is English no longer your first language? Sorry......couldn't resist. The chart is hard to read but it is readable. It says the top 1% of earners are getting 16% of the total income. I know what earnings and net income are for a company (the same thing), but what are they for an individual?
